I'm just trying to be God I only wanna be God I just wanna be God Why can't I be God I got no time to take advice I want to gamble with my eternity With loaded dice I don't need a preacher in my face When I'm the omnipresent ruler of the human race Ain't gonna Spend my life being no one's fool I was born to rock and I was born to rule.

But the next 3 tracks are indeed superb. 'Every Woman Has a Name' reminds of 'Only Women Bleed' not just in title - it is a beautiful, strained ballad with a great, understated chorus. It is no classic but it's a breath of fresh air on this album. 'I Just Wanna Be God' is a great, more upbeat track with a superb chanting chorus. It's seriously /5().

Dragontown, an Album by Alice Cooper. Released in December on Spitfire (catalog no. SPT; CD). Genres: Heavy Metal. Alice Cooper takes us down to "Dragontown", 's sequel to the weak "Brutal Planet". "Disgraceland", and "I Just Wanna Be God" uncle Alice rants against the ungodly shape of things, though his songwriting.

I haven't listened to anything else besides Dragontown, which came with this. But I have to say, this is a really great heavy metal disc. Has a Rob Zombie feel to it. Heavy grooves, great guitars, and Alice sounds phenomenal. If I was going to tell anybody to buy a Cooper CD, Brutal Planet would be it. Dragontown is very good as well/5(41).

Alice Cooper - I Just Wanna Be God Lyrics. I'm in control, I got a bulletproof soul And I'm full of self-esteem I invented myself with no one's help I'm a prototype supreme I sit upo.

Dragontown isn't as bad as I initially thought it was, there s just a few quibbles that let it down - so i'll talk you through it. The two tracks people have heard the most, myself included are Triggerman and the title track, as these numbers can often be found within live sets. These two are the more heavy metal numbers and are easily some of the albums best offerings.
